This individual will develop and manage technical programs involving the SHARC unmanned maritime vehicle for customers in the United States Department of Defense. During the program execution phase, the PM will be the principal customer liaison and must be able to manage concurrent projects adeptly. The PM will also directly support the business development team in defining and developing new programs to address emerging customer needs. The PM must have the ability to work independently and remotely, to develop program plans, lead the management of customer relationships during program execution, manage cross-discipline engineering teams and subcontractors, and supervise LRI test and demonstration activities.
